How to Connect the Ezlo Shut-Off Water Valve [Z-Wave Client] to Qolsys IQ Panel 4

The first step would be to ensure that the Water Valve is powered up and from the home screen of your Qolsys IQ Panel 4, swipe down on the bar at the top to access the Settings tray, and tap on Settings > Advanced Settings, then enter your code.

Next, go to Installation > Devices > Z-Wave Devices > Add Device.

Tap on the Include button and press the Include/Exclude button on the Ezlo Water Valve.

A window will open to select the authentication type. Only S2 Authenticated should be checkmarked. Tap on the Ok button.

Enter the first 5 digits of the DSK code which can be found next to the QR code on the water valve. Then press the Add DSK button.

The pairing process will begin, and it will take just a few seconds.

You can customize the name of the water valve to your preference, then tap the Add button, and the device will be listed and ready to be operated with the Qolsys IQ Panel.
