How do I delete an Ezlo/MiOS account

In order to delete an account, you need to log in on the MiOS mobile app and navigate to Users in the More screen. 

Once you are in Users, tap on the icon of your username.

 

 

After that navigate to "Delete my Account" and read the instructions on the new page. If you still have a hub assigned to your account, you will need to remove it first, before requesting the account deletion. 

 

After reading all the instructions, if you wish to continue you will need to confirm that you really want to delete your account, resulting in the loss of all smart home functionalities.

Once you confirm, the request will be put into the queue and it can take up to a week to complete.
