Why is my controller offline?
If your controller appears as Offline, it's not connected to the internet. This is usually temporary and easily fixed.
How to bring your controller back online?
- check your internet connection
- verify your Wi-Fi or Ethernet is working on other devices
- check the controller’s power
- ensure the controller is plugged in and powered on
- restart your router and controller - unplug your router for 10 seconds, then restart both router and controller
- verify network settings - if you changed your Wi-Fi password, update it in our app
- check signal strength - move the controller closer to your router if using Wi-Fi
