Pairing Fibaro Door and Window Sensor FGDW-002-1 with Ezlo Hubs is easy if you follow the following steps.
Pairing
Ensure the sensor stays close to the controller when pairing.
- Step 1: On the Ezlo app, select “Devices” on the main menu icon.
- Step 2: Tap the “+” icon.
- Step 3: Next, tap “Pair New Devices.”
- Step 4: You will encounter a list of available devices.
- Step 5: From the list, select “Fibaro Door and Window Sensor FGDW-002-1” to confirm your device.
- Step 6: Start the pairing process by hitting “Next.”
- Step 7: Go to the Fibaro Door and Window Sensor and press the inclusion button thrice.
- Step 8: The pairing will start.
- Step 9: Go to the app to confirm sensor inclusion.
- Step 10: Press “Next” to confirm the pairing.
- Step 11: Hit “OK” to finalize the process on the app.
Sensor
On your app, open the Fibaro Door and Window Sensor FGDW-002-1
You can now create the opening and closing of the door and window scene. You will receive notifications on your smartphone and you can now confirm a successful pairing.
Unpairing
Go to your app and select “Unpair Device.”
Click “Next” on your app to proceed.
Press the inclusion button on the sensor three times.
Confirm by clicking “Ok” in your app.
